For MTF testing, what are the significant frequencies for testing (line pairs/mm)?
What, if any, are the special considerations for this lens? Please include such information as the orientation of the lens (image/object), as well as any gate marks on the lens, which direction they should face (e.g., a mark on the barrel indicating it should be oriented in the sagittal/tangential plane), any additional optical elements that need to be placed in the system (e.g., glass in the object plane for a copier/scanner lens), source considerations, special fixturing requirements, ect.
