Optikos manufacturing is located in an 11,000 square foot facility adjacent to our headquarters and engineering facility. Our manufacturing floor is state of the art and ready to bring your product from design/prototype up to production volumes ranging from dozens to tens of thousands of units per year.

At Optikos we use modular work stations that allow us to quickly set up and scale our manufacturing lines. Having standardized on workbenches, ESD stations, and ISO 5 flow hoods we can quickly respond to changing demands and eliminate bottle necks to ensure on -time delivery of quantities required by our customers.

Clean Room
For builds that require cleanliness throughout the build process, we utilize our ISO 6 clean room as well as ISO 5 flow benches.
Alignment Stations
Our two alignment stations allow active alignment micron level accuracy for precision lens builds.
Alignment Turning
For the highest performing lenses and/or volume production we utilize our alignment turning station to produce the highest quality lenses.

In-house Metrology
At Optikos we use all of our lines of metrology instrumentation including our own LensCheck® and OpTest® systems to check the quality of our lenses or opto-mechanical systems to ensure specification conformance prior to shipment.
